Waterford SLí, an environmental education organisation, will be at Winterval offering workshops to primary schools on a theme friendly both to the holidays and the environment. This year we will be exploring the Life of a Christmas Jumper which looks at where our clothes, especially our Christmas Jumpers, come from and what happens to them when we don’t need them anymore.
